As part of the Patriot Act, federal law requires all financial institutions and organizations to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account We also may disclose information about you if it is necessary, under anti-money laundering and similar laws, in order to accept subscriptions from you. We will also release information about you if compelled to do so by law, in connection with any government request or investigation, or if you direct us to do so.

Limited Access - Security of Information

Access to your non-public personal information is restricted to trained employees who need to access such information in order to provide you with products and services. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place that comply with federal regulations to guard and protect your non-public personal information.

Current and Former Clients

The policies and practices above apply to both current and former clients. If you decide to close your account(s), we will continue to adhere to these privacy policies and practices.
